Welcome to Everwell. By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. What we sell
Everwell sells digital ebooks. Every product is delivered electronically by email. No physical items are ever shipped.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Orders and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and are shown in full before you pay. We accept major credit and debit cards. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout. Charges will appear on your card statement as EVERWELL.

4. Digital delivery
Your ebook is sent to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. If it does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, then contact us and we will resend it. You are responsible for entering a correct email address.

5. VIP Membership
VIP Membership is an optional monthly subscription. Here is exactly how it works:

Price: $42.95 USD per month.

Renews automatically: Your membership renews every month on the same date you signed up, and your card is charged $42.95 each time, until you cancel.

What you get: Unlimited downloads of any ebook in the Everwell catalog, including new titles added each month, for as long as your membership is active.

Cancel anytime: You can cancel online in under a minute on our Cancel Membership page, or by emailing us. There are no cancellation fees.

After you cancel: You will not be charged again. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you already paid for. Ebooks you downloaded while a member are yours to keep.

Receipts: We email you a receipt after every charge.

Price changes: If the membership price ever changes, we will email you at least 30 days before your next charge, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

6. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Your license to use our ebooks
All ebooks are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal license to read the ebook for your own use. You may not share, resell, copy, upload, or distribute any ebook, in whole or in part.

8. Prohibited use
You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, or interfere with how the site works.

9. Disclaimer
Our ebooks and website are provided "as is." We work to keep everything accurate and working, but we do not guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors.
