Cancel Your VIP Membership
You can cancel your VIP Membership at any time, online, in under a minute. There are no cancellation fees and you never need to call us.
What you are cancelling
VIP Membership costs $42.95 USD per month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. It appears on your card statement as EVERWELL.
How to cancel
Option 1: Cancel in your account
1. Log in to your account at mainshopeverwell.com/account.
2. Open Subscriptions.
3. Select VIP Membership.
4. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
You will see a confirmation on screen and receive a confirmation email.
Option 2: Cancel by email
Email support@mnproductllc.com with the subject "Cancel VIP" and include the email address you signed up with or your order number. We will cancel your membership and confirm by email within 24 hours.
When it takes effect
Cancelling stops all future charges right away. You keep VIP access until the end of the month you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that. Ebooks you downloaded while a member are yours to keep.
Charged after forgetting to cancel?
If you were charged for a renewal and have not downloaded any ebooks since that charge, email us within 48 hours of the charge and we will refund that renewal in full.
